California Style Crust

Our California Style Crust has Colors’ distinctive hand shaped rolled border. This medium thick crust is soft and fluffy allowing for a longer final bake time, which reduces the chance of over-browning.

The raised border helps hold the toppings in place and perfectly retains heat making it the ideal crust for room service operation and buffets.

California Style Crust can also be made with herbs or from whole wheat flour and is available in sizes 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 inches and rectangular half-sheet pan.

Rectangular Ultrathin Flatbread

Who said that pizza must be round? Our distinctive Rectangular Ultrathin Flatbread is great for catering pizza stations will set your pizza apart from others.

You can achieve a lower cost of individual flatbread by cutting a rectangular half-sheet flatbread into four 4” x 12” or five 3” x 12” portions.

Rectangular Ultrathin Flatbread can also be made with herbs or from whole wheat flour and come in both Half Sheet (12” x 16”) and Quarter Sheet (12"x8") sizes.
